SIDE CURTAINS have become a very popular option for large commercial hay operations particularly in the west where much of the hay must be protected in order to support the export market to Asia. Feed store hay, export hay, race track hay and straw, and dairy hay all benefit from the use of Side Curtains. Side curtains are typically made from our 16 mil silver/white PE fabric.

Heavy duty twines are fastened around the perimeter at approximately 8' spacing. When installing the side curtains these twines are fastened to bales on the top and sides of the hay stack to stretch them tight.
