Returns Policy
Before returning a product purchased from buytarpsandliners.com, you must first call us at 1-800-346-7744 and receive a return authorization number. Write the authorization number in bold letters on the package being returned so our Receiving Department can alert your sales representative. The sales representative will then contact you and discuss the appropriate details concerning your return.
Buytarpsandliners.com can usually save you money for freight charges on returned products if you make arrangements with us and return the product via one of our regular freight carriers.
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a material or workmanship defect is the reason for the return, buytarpsandliners.com will credit the customer some or all of the freight charges provided the return authorization policy is followed.
Your satisfaction is our goal. We will do our best to assure every customer gets the product that best suits their application and in the quality they deserve. Despite our best efforts there will be some returns, but rest assured we will do our best to make that a mutually rewarding experience.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
